This rustic island lures those who love nature at its purest. Enjoy the experience of nature, and be at one with the forest, beach and ocean. A few ducks, seagulls and deer have already made this island their home. On pleasant walks around the island you will discover all it has to offer, observe the birdlife and maybe even catch lobster! This is the ideal place for outdoor activities, surrounded by untouched nature.

The loghome built in 1982 offers a very good basis. It requires maintenance and some repairs.

What makes this island stand out from the rest is its very own lake of approx. 1,000 square meters. The hilly island, densely wooded with fir, birch and maple trees, also has a network of pathways around its terrain. The eastern side of the island has the highest elevation, is also rocky with some caves. It also has a small beach and plains with raspberry bushes.

This island gem is located approx. 1.5 km from the mainland coast and can be easily accessed. The capital city of the Province, Halifax, can be reached in approx. 45 minutes by car.

Nova Scotia’s climate is very favorable – remaining pleasantly warm right up to mid-October.
